30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at contact@potlax.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@potlax.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a resolution promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that have been used
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@potlax.shop.
